What you learn over 5 years at other companies you learn at BCG in 1 year. Amazing Benefits Challenging, exciting work with room to grow A lot of fun soical events Really smart, supportive friendly people you work with The company really values their people and does everything in their power to accommidate the needs of their people and protect work life balance.

Pros

Great benefits, competitive salary, working with very smart people across the board. Wrestling with interesting problems and having multiple experiences in different fields in a short period of time. Great first job out of college/MBA programs.

Cons

Advancement can feel random or come down to how well the business is doing in a particular cycle. Can have very different paths to promotion depending on first staffing opportunity, and difficult to overcome a slow start.
