Pros

The people around you are excellent: sharp, well-put together and genuinely nice. The training on offer is absolutely outstanding and the experience was an outstanding introduction to business life.

Cons

I left about 6 months after Lehman brothers went bust. The firm was a pretty stressful place to be; both your clients and your colleagues were stressed and it became a much less caring environment. The work/life balance was also pretty bad. I hear things are better now

Pros

What I like the most working for BCG is that you find a unique working environment. I have made friends all over the world. It is a pleasure to work with my peers, superiors, with everyone! BCG offers you good perks and benefits and it has a good open policy inside the company. It also gives you opportunities to grow and gives you training in case you want to improve your performance.

Cons

I see that consultants work too much. They have long working hours.
