Cons

Very challenging to maintain your personal life. Under the word "professionalism", you have to do anything you can at the expense of everything including your personal life.

The best reasons I can think of for why I would choose to work of at the Boston Consulting Group include the compensation, the excellent health benefits, the smart people you work with and the tough problems that you can solve

Cons

The reasons I can think of for why some other might not choose to work of at the Boston Consulting Group would be the long hours, but this is typical of the industry and the company pays a lot of attention to work-life balance
