      great people, interesting projects, good working culture and healthy environment. would definitely suggest to friends/other people to apply to this great firm.

      Cons

      long hours, can be pigeon holed in an industry that you are not particularly fond of - and the expectations are high. hard to move internally and get staffed in different industry.

      Pros

      BCG has a strong culture with respect for the individual and a genuine interest in making insight become impact. The work is inherently interesting (most of the time) and you learn by being challenged on a daily basis.

      Cons

      It's a client service business and clients come first which means there are occasions when peronal life has to budge. It's particularly tricky if travel is required when difficult from a personal perspective.
