      Pros

      Great learning, diverse case work, high level of responsibility and senior management interaction. Every six months you realize that you have transformed a lot as an individual.

      Cons

      Difficult to strike a work life balance at times. Further, your say in choosing cases is less at the lower levels.

      Pros

      The benefit package at BCG is far and away better than any other job that I have had. I also enjoy working with the high caliber of employees at BCG as it makes me continuously strive to be the best that I can be.

      Cons

      My only complaint is that as a member of the business services team I do not have a clear promotion path.
