* Smart people who are driven to do the right thing * Great exposure to some of the most pressing issues at Fortune 500 companies * Excellent learning environment * GREAT health care benefits

Cons

* Alumni management can be stronger...career service help post transition is weak * Poor work life balance - you are at the beck and call of your partner and clients - but that is not unique just to BCG but something that plagues all consulting firms
