Pros

Excellent colleagues - very bright people and very nice people Tremendous brand value - people will respect you Great learning experience - quick way to learn about key business issues

Cons

Life style can be crazy hectic Nitpicking nature of reviews. They expect you to be perfect at everything, every time. Promotions are hard, aggressive up or out culture

Pros

You learn a lot of stuff (as at all other consulting companies) You are well paid (as at all other consulting companies) You get a chance to progress quickly (as at all other consulting companies) AND: You work with plenty of really nice people -- not found at all consulting companies

Cons

High churn rate (as at all other consulting companies) puts pressure on the culture. Not as well organized as McK. Not as well connected in the industry as McK.
