      A company with global outreach. Great opportunities for promotion, treats its employees fairly. Competitive salaries. Targets recent graduates. Has a great internship program.

      Cons

      Does not offer mush in the way of life-work balance. If you work at Boston Consulting Group, you will have to pull long hours.

      People: Most everyone here, whether front-office or back-office, is intelligent, reasonable and happy. Opportunities: Great clients, wide range of intersting works. Really get you trained.

      Cons

      Even with the best effort of both project leaders and consultants, work hours could be long/unpredictable with many traveling. Have to be ready to miss a few imporant family occasions every once in a while
