Pros

BCG gives its associates more responsibility and more meaningful work than comparable firms. Its reputation as being a bit nerdier is perhaps deserved, but associates still have a ton of fun, without being fratty.

Cons

It's consulting. You may find yourself stranded in Wichita for months on end. Some managers are much more competent than others. If you choose to return after business school, you'll spend two more years doing pretty much the same job.
