      Pros

      The professional development opportunities are very good. The firm tries to develop its people and puts specific programs in place. The experience you can gain at BCG is unparalleled.

      Cons

      The job is extreemly demanding. The travel can be very challenging.

      Pros

      BCG is a terrific management consultancy all around the world. The people are generally good, and there are many occasions to learn. Projects are done usually with repeat clients, and are very analytical and organizational in nature.

      Cons

      I would not recommend to work in the Italian office. The culture is quite isolated from the other offices, and it is not really open to internationalization. Hours are too many compared to the compensation, but there is not much alternative in Italy.
