Diverse work experience possible through work in different industries; Opportunities for international mobility - work / travel / relocation to experience different geographies; Strong compensation in line with industry benchmarks; Strong focus on employee development - both personal and professional

Cons

This isn't an easy job - there may be long hours at times when work is needed, but you will know why you are putting in the extra effort; There is a bit of volatility in terms of work life balance - some projects are hard vs. others

You learn a lot, have chance to see a lot of industries and work with very talented people. Especially in BCG, there is minimum hierarchy.

Cons

You work a lot. If you are in a difficult project, you don't even sleep enough. You are expected to excel every aspect of the project. Sometimes you need to complete tasks you don't even find meaningful for the project.
