Pros
The people are generally very nice and smart, without being arrogant. Really enjoyed learning about the quirks people had at the firm (and there were many!). Definitely the smartest bunch of people I've ever worked with.
Cons
The culture is very feedback intensive. Perhaps too much focus on the minutae of areas for development while not enough praise for jobs well done.
