      Leadership and management in the Vantage team is disappointing. There is always very little clarity, direction, or support. Priorities change constantly without explanation, and communication from managers is inconsistent.

      I often felt like leadership isn’t engaged with the team or aware of the challenges we were dealing with. Overall, it don’t feel like a well‑managed environment and morale is low
