Pros

Cons

From the day I stepped into 80 Charlotte Street, I had a persistent sense of unease. The team and culture felt deeply misaligned with what I value, and the work itself was unfulfilling. There was an air of arrogance, with many acting as though they had all the answers. The environment was heavily political and overly controlling. Over time, the impact extended beyond work. My health suffered, my personal life took a hit, and I had no time for things that matter to me, like going to the gym. The long hours, lack of meaningful compensation, high taxes, minimal perks, frequent travel, and an unsupportive team created a situation that embodied everything I would want to avoid in a workplace.
