- Clarity and transparency around current compensation and future levels - Great benefits - especially health insurance - Work with great people for the most part

Cons

- Up or out (pro or con, depending on your view) - I never knew what that really meant until BCG. If you are not going to get promoted you’re fired. The clarity is nice, but I think that it leaves no room for people who might be good at the current job but not at the next level. And it means that there’s a lot left to chance in your future (1 bad project? You could be gone. Get assigned to a bad PL who themselves may not be a good fit in the role? Your future could be tainted. I saw a lot of really talented people come in at the wrong time, end up on the wrong team and really struggle. - COVID hit and everyone became a utilization number
