      The Dubai office is leaps and bounds from BCG in North America. Shockingly unprofessional. Several seniors are straight racist Think of the leadership in Saudi Arabia (most of your clients are government organizations . in KSA and are totally unprofessional and unsophisticated) and people in the Dubai office behave the same way ... they can get away with anything! Stay away from Dubai office at all cost ... it is plain terrible

      A Poor Leadership team

      Pros

      Except for swanky offsites and parties, no other Pros I can think of.

      Cons

      A very poor leadership team, including Global Services Office HR. Worst decision of my life to join the organisation. The roles were suddenly scrapped in India and moved to London and Boston which are far more expensive locations, just after 8 months of hiring. Insensitive Leadership who doesn't realize the trauma an individual has to go through.

      Limited interest in any purpose other than quarterly share-holder return for client Poor work-life balance Juniors and partners very good; middle management less impressive. Project managers don't have incentives to really develop their employees
