      Great place to work, but come in with full awareness of the working hours

      Pros

      Active women's network, best compensation and benefits, great learning opportunities

      Cons

      Consulting is known for brutal working hours, not many will stay as their forever place, instead use it as a landing zone for the next step. Please be fully aware of what you're giving up when you enter, and be comforted that most of the time, it will be worth it if nothing else for compensation and better exit opportunities.

      Pros

      Great people culture (mostly). Work with great cases and broadly mis with interesting colleagues

      Cons

      The people culture is actually to a fault. Any real team problems are handled very poorly leaving people extremely frustrated. In some cases the disruptive team members are rewarded. Culture of upward feedback widely touted but when it comes down to it, absolutely inaffective

      Pros

      The benefits, compensation and perks are good, and people are nice.

      Cons

      Lots of empty promises made on what's possible and how much they care about your success. They will give you all the perks but at the end of the day you are working like a dog, and managers are not concerned about you burning out. The partners are allowed to disrespect and talk down to you without accountability...management does not have your back.
