Work with talented group of people C-level exposure Plenty of reference materials

Cons

Most of the mid to senior leadership in GAMMA won't pass basic coding test, as a result junior members learn nothing from the them. Without proper prior industrial experience, they fail to create a proper career track. As an insurance and to secure projects, PhDs are hired and got their career progression accelerated. Delivers terrible product ( compared to QB ) to unwitting client as a result.

People who want to progress their career through bootlicking should join this firm. Leadership is always looking for people with these qualities and do fast track promotions for them. If you really want to learn and grow this firm is not for you. Focus is on your billability and not learning. Earn them well and they will provide free liquor and food

Cons

Hire and Fire. Its a one man show out their if he likes you success is yours HR will be seen on first day and on last day

- Amazing pay, about 25% above market - Great resources and expertise - Amazing colleagues and office environment

Cons

WLB in Middle East office is just awful. Bulk of work is in Saudi Arabia, and there is a sizable share of pure grind projects. Little choice in what you do/ firm taking a long term view on your career. Most people are deeply unhappy. But pay cheque and self-esteem (working at a top firm) keep them going.
