Pros
-Terrific place to start a career.... ... lots of peers in a similar life stage ... great exposure to brilliant senior partners / business strategists ... quick learning ... generous benefits, 'premium' travel policies ... a lot of really beautiful offices ... wide alumni network, having moved on a few years ago... still keep in touch with a lot of BCGers
Cons
... huge variance in WLB depending on project and leadership team, I would just expect to not have a life during the work week (although weekends usually free) ... if you want to see impact through to execution, that may not be a part of the project
