There are no pros to work with or for BIA, worst ever company ever

Cons

No SOP No Training No induction Unlawful termination of employee. No salary. Infact courses are fabricated and outdated, job assistance is provided but the job will start from 10k and that again questions the integrity how BIA is selling courses worth lakhs and assuring students that they will land a job with 15LPA package.
