      Pros

      A very big name. However still a struggler and will be a struggler in the Indian Market. A good setup in Europe and America's. But not doing enough in South Asia.

      Cons

      Toxic management. Lots of turnover in last 2 years. Business Manager/Market managers thriving only by being in good books of the management. Average compensation not befitting a big distribution house like Brenntag.
