Ok starting rate Mediocre benefits unless you pay more Old school bosses

Cons

No leadership, just bosses with a bullying and harassing nature. Managers rule with fear and deceit. They will fabricate a lie to cover themselves. Horrible communication. They say they understand what work life balance is, but they really don’t care about your personal time. HR ignores complaints of harassment. They say they will follow up and have a meeting with you and the individual, but you don’t hear back from them. Same thing with if you interview for a promotion and don’t get it. They offer to go over the feedback, when you accept, they don’t contact you about giving the feedback.

Flexibility in the work setting environment. Benefits start immediately and pay is adequate.

Cons

Lack of training and explanation of process. Lack of communication between department. Everyone isn't held to the same standard and lack of professionalism. Management has unrealistic expectations and place overwhelming work loads on their subordinates.

Cons

- lack of direction & support - high expectation with limited resources - problems swap under the carpet - SOP never standardised - lack of transparency, decision made does not cascade to everyone - leads with no prior knowledge - problems was expected to be solved by themselves instead of having an open communication and solve it as a team - salary provided is not on par with the actual job responsibilities
