Companies will always judge you on leaving a brand like BA. - Poor Salaries (best in airlines, but very low compared to other indus) - No professional learning - No scope of growth - Sr. positions only open for Expats - Racism is faced by Crew - Call Ba can be a nightmare to work with - Company culture and value are only for the books - All of these negatives are largely about Ba India

The pay lower than the market average. Workload demands mean the work/life balance doesnt really exist. Recently had a reorganisation in Finance and other support functions so there's now more work with less people to do it.
