Pros

Overworked, underpaid, not appreciated. It's very sad at BA- have moved onto their rival due to a much better company ethos. Unfortunate as the company once set the standard in air travel.

Cons

Oops answered this in the pros, will give pros here; great network- seen a few amazing places but due to being so tired I barely enjoyed them

Pros

Good opportunities if you are prepared to move around different roles

Cons

Too focused on red / amber / green. Often encouraging bad behaviours in order to show "green". Travel benefits not as good as it seems. Not good if you have a family. on your own perhaps - (standby)

Pros

Staff Travel and travel routes.

Cons

Overworked for bad pay. You're just a number and not a person. They purposely make differences between the cabin crew fleets so they'll be too distracted by the differences to team up against the company.
