Pros

I can enjoy a wealth of good technical and organisational experience working for British Airways, learning new skills and challenges along the way.

Cons

Sometimes it can be frustrating when trying to get something done with all the different levels of hierarchy within the organisation, decision making can sometimes be a long drawn out process.

Pros

Good company to work for. Not much stress due to numbers. Could be better. Good travel benefits.

Cons

Employees are under appreciated. No contact with upper management. We are all just a number. Travel benefits should be based on rank and service. Not just a standard blanket travel benefit.
