Pros

BA used to be a great company to work for however since the formation of IAG it now views staff as an overhead rather than an asset. BA benefitted from extremely loyal and committed staff and In return staff experienced decent benefits and fair treatment.

Cons

Staff are now treated badly. Poor management decisions will lead to problems further down the line. In the current climate I wouldn't advise anyone to apply to work for BA.

Pros

the people are nice and the flight benefits are good. The pension used to be good but isn't for new starters.

Cons

they are outsourcing everything that makes working here increasingly stressful and difficult. The building is freezing and dirty.

Company went with outsourcing in 7 US airport , Company didn't care what any of their high value customer said about that.
