Pros

Staff travel, leave amount. I can't write more than 20 words as there is no other pros unfortunately sorry .

Cons

Training was horrendous one of our trainers was a complete bully who made one trainee leave after a week. No Union aloud apparently. Management don't even acknowledge you or even know your names. Turnover of staff is crazy one person leaves every week, no one enjoys the role purely because of the way we are treated and not paid enough for the amount we have to deal with. There is no thank you for all that you do neither any recognition. If your ill or someone dies prepared to be questioned like your in a court room.
