WFH flexibility overshadowed by toxic management

Business Outlook

Pros

WFH flexibility, decent benefits, generally most people from reception staff and staff attached to the building (who are really outsourced) are really pleasant and willing to assist with anything and if you're fortunate to have good team mates, then a bonus.

Cons

In alot of cases unqualified, toxic senior management especially within the last 5 or so years are making poor future choices, colleague favouritism/looking after those they like, so under appreciated if you don't fit that mould, continual pay freeze, low salary in comparison to external workplaces.
