Pros

Flexibility and lots of free time, excellent salary

Cons

Differing expectations from teachers in terms of how much lesson planning and autonomy was required, lots of paperwork required to work in Austria.

Pros

Work Life Balance. Exposure to the world and multicultural co-workers with amazing skill sets and insights. Lots of travel and excellent chances to develop professionally and interact with people from around the world. Wages always arrived on schedule and were fairly compensated. When compared to alternative job alternatives in the area, benefits were fairly considerable. People frequently stayed for as long as they did because of their co-workers and the possibility of moving to different markets within the company.

Cons

Going through a number of transformation projects at the same time causing stress and ambiguity
