      It's good that it's suitable for introvert, there is no team building event like D&D or company trip

      Cons

      Less connection between team. Manager is not friendly and bias

      Pros

      Great work life balance, great work schedules that don't burn people out and good management.

      Cons

      They try to cut down cost as much as possible, like office supplies, administrative cost and etc, making it feels like a small company. But in return, it pays back to employees as annual bonus, so not much complaining there.

      my direct management is great but upper management isn't the best. very profit driven with no regard to people.

      Cons

      things have gone down since the avago take over. unsure what the future holds, unfortunately.
