Pros
Good salary and benefits. I enjoy my job and my coworkers. The Fort Collins site has a great culture. Over the last few years the fab management leadership team has evolved in a positive way. They continue driving our campus in the right direction.
Cons
- Our parental leave benefits could be improved. It seems to be more and more common for companies to give mothers 16+ weeks for maternity leave, before government programs. - Improve pay and benefits for hourly workforce
