Pros
The pay is great. There are a few things that take intelligence. Four day weekends every other week.
Cons
Twelve hours is a long time to be stuck in a box with 20-40 of the same people every night. Management has no idea what you do, and will decide you aren't performing based on metrics regardless of how difficult one task is compared to another. The people that are friends with management rarely get in trouble for breaking rules.
