Business Outlook
Pros
Good bonuses and Stocks, great engineering teams, challenging projects. If you enjoy layoffs this is the one to join. In the last 4 years have seen 3-4 major layoffs lost count of the slow layoff bleeding that is done.
Cons
Upper management is all about the dollar price and will let go dedicated hard working engineers to improve the stocks and gains for the shareholders. It time US regulations are like Europe for restructuring just for keeping the numbers up and buying companies which you truly cannot afford and the downsizing in other places of the company. Time will tell.. No salary increase for 4 years if you are good with it then great.
