The only pro is compensation and Stocks. Which is way better than other organizations.

Cons

All the power lies with the manager, this makes employee feedback null and void. If you are in good book it will work for you but as soon as books change no matter how good at work you are, it will be all over.

Competitive stock options. Easy life. Not busy. Could happily work 2 hours a day and not get called on it .

Cons

No learning. Not able to make an impact. Lots of useless people happy to just work 2 hours a day and take a pay check. Decisions made too quickly without any consultation with teams.
