Pros
Promotes family (annual family day). Good gyms and showers and cafeteria. Good benefits and time off. Makes training accessible and encourages you to do it.
Cons
Senior management sometimes appears distant. I had very few career opportunities in my department, but was in operations, not engineering. Broadcom is engineering dominant.
