      Flexible timings Good cab facilities Work in some departments are very good Managers in some departments are very cool RSUs

      Cons

      No job security You never know when you will be fired! Ratings depend upon Managers' liking and not only performance. Nothing is free to employees be it even food, cab, etc. They offer only salary and RSUs.

      Pros

      Interesting work and competitive work culture. Employees are friendly and help new employees to feel comfortable at work. Decent tools and lab equipment.

      Cons

      Poor people management and weak managers. After Avago transition, its complete chaos, especially from the Immigration perspective. Management corners employees by waiting till the last moment to address Immigration issues.
