That's it, even if you have a 10 days old baby in your house you are not given exemption; instead, they are asking us to wear mask inside the house so that your baby wont catch COVID. No humanity at all.

There are lot more cons, but the attitude of the company towards the employees during COVID19 is the worst one.
Definitely think before you accept offer from this company.
