Good learning experience. Lot of opportunities to gain knowledge in the field you are working. Mentors are all helpful. They give quality work and assigns you key responsibilities within a short time.

Cons

Bad business decisions. At the junior level no knowledge of the chip architecture, as in what it is for, what the functionality is etc. Cross domain knowledge ain't great among juniors.
