Good pay high RSU for juniors and seniors both

Cons

Every year across all BUs some cuts happen in Feb. If you’re a junior chances are high, don’t start for RSUs, instead up-skill and seek offers like Nvidia etc that can match your CTC

It was great to work in VMware before the acquisition due to the culture and the team, I had to leave right after the acquisition due to personal reasons

Cons

After the acquisition WFH/Hybrid option has been removed, which is tough in a city like Bengaluru
