Managers I work with are quite helpful and are mainly from technology background. Inter-teams collaboration are quite smooth Leader teams have been quite pragmatic Got the chance to work on different fields and with multiple teams Decent RSU plan and 401k plan.

Cons

Leader teams maybe very pragmatic, and the departments that do not have enough profit may run the risk of re-org Not many small perks Leader team pushes you to work from office, even if you are a wfh person...
