      Started out good for the first 4 years, then a new management took over and the environment changed.

      Pros

      Cutting edge technology. A great place to work for as an intern or contractor.

      Cons

      For my group, we had little to no raises and no stock options or RSUs offered. The management was very condescending and really did not listen to your ideas. They already had it figured out.

      Pros

      Cutting edge technology and chips in many of the hottest products out on the market. Most people are friendly and care about what they do.

      Cons

      Hard to advance, and management is unforgiving. Always too much work to do, and always seemingly short on resources. Also vacation policy is horrible. Salaried workers get "unlimited vacations" but the caveat is your manager must approve of the time off. Great if you have a cool manager. Sucks if your manager is a workaholic and disapproves vacation requests most times.
