      Pros

      They give very generous stock packages and are very business oriented.

      Cons

      Management is chaotic, no hybrid options, a lot of layoffs which were announced but nobody could reveal when and who will go, leaving all employees in a stress limbo.

      Pros

      Reasonably high pay ranges for most.

      Cons

      Broadcom came in and ruined VMWare entirely. Customers are being gouged and employees told they aren’t worth anything. CEO is proud to be a difficult person. Even the remaining employees are miserable and anything close to culture is gone.
