      Pros

      Salary is good along with RSUs. Under VMware work life Balancer was better because we could work from home. It got better as time went on, The earlier years were tough due to high workload

      Cons

      Since Broadcom's takeover, it seemed a little more tense but time will tell.

      Financial sound and strong in their industry.

      Cons

      No concern for their employees, only for the bottom line. Company culture is the worst I have seen in my career.
