      Pros

      This was a great company to work for. Good benefits, great people, and great customers. It's a shame Broadcom got greedy and had to blow it up.

      Cons

      Didn't move fast enough in the LAN market space after the Foundry acquisition. Could have pulled ahead of Cisco in the category with a little focus on the Ethernet products instead of coveting the Fiber-Channel hardware over the newer IP product sets.

      Pros

      Great collaboration between Pre-sales teams and Product Management. Progressive thinking, with the move toward SDN and acquisitions to help get us there quicker. Great leadership team, now that we've brought in an ex engineer as our CEO vs a sales guy, things are moving in the right direction.

      Cons

      Spotty code quality can cause a lot of work for the pre-sales teams, though it's getting better. Name recognition, or lack there of, when trying to sell into the business world.
