Thank you for your review. CERN is international governmental organisation funded by its Member States, i.e. public money which is carefully prioritised for its people to thrive in continuing to build, operate and maintain cutting edge research infrastructures for the advancement of science. Clearly some of the office spaces are dated, as CERN was founded in 1954 and some of its original buildings still stand today among more modern ones: some consider this part of CERN's campus charm but it won't be to everyone's liking. The overarching priority is people's health and safety throughout the Organization. Telework was already in place for Staff and Fellows prior to the pandemic and was extended widely to all CERN Members of Personnel during the Spring lockdown to ensure continued operations of the laboratory in a safe setting for all. The competitive pay regarded as a 'pro' in this review allows each and every one of us to pay for our own coffee, while the Organization ensures its budget is dedicated to people's growth & development, the scientific infrastructure, projects and the continuation of our work in a safe environment. We thank you again for your review and wish you all the best!
