      Great start for your career

      Pros

      - Great start for your career with many undergraduate and junior programs - Great holidays package (30 days per year plus 2 weeks at the end of the year) - Good teleworking policy with a remote 40% office 60% - Great people to work alongside on an international environment

      Cons

      - Expect a lot of bureaucracy and some difficulty moving around the organisation - A lot of disorganisation in some processes of the organisation - Procurement process is horrible for small things such as a subscription to a plan for an IT tool to improve a development process - Getting to a permanent contract is almost impossible
