Good salary, a lot of holidays, very flexible,

Cons

No development structure, ancient technologies, you are often given tasks which are not in your field. No real job security, you often get to know if your contract is extended one month before it is supposed to expire

You can meet a lot of different, awesome and pro-active people. Good health insurance and holidays. Great location to live in.

Cons

Depending on the team you land your experience can either be very good, reasonable or very bad. Many things seem to move slowly.
