      Null and nothing, they just make you wait and wait

      Cons

      No projects for freshers they just make your wait and wait. After few months some will be allotted to reskilling, some will get terminated

      Awful place to work

      The business does not care about employees and cares too much about attempting to make any money. Constant belittling by management even when working 70 hour weeks to help the busines. Previous manager has since been let go which is only a good thing for the business as he was a horrible degrading manager who would blatantly lie to you to make you feel like you mattered.
