      There are great colleagues at CTS and it is a pleasure to work with them The compensation and benefits at CTS are good for the work you do Managers have a supportive atmosphere towards your development, whatever position you are in

      There is a lack of professionalism within the company as a whole, sometimes straying into it being too casual Some managers can micromanage too much without allowing a degree of independence
