I wanted to bring to your attention that we've recently reviewed your comments but it appears to have been left for the wrong company. We are CTS (Converge Technology Solutions) Based in the UK. Upon further investigation, it seems there may have been some confusion, as the review contains details and feedback that do not match our working locations. We believe this review was intended for a different business altogether. To resolve this issue, we will flag this to the Glassdoor administrators and ask for the review to be removed.       So many it’s unreal. Above all else they just don’t care about the staff. This company is like a revolving door for staff! Everyone either leaves or gets fired.

      I was sorry to read your review. Our People and Culture team are working closely with our management team to ensure people are supported throughout their journey with us at CTS. This includes instilling a performance management culture, identifying learning needs and providing solutions to them. We also conduct check-ins when people join at months 1, 3 and 5 to make sure needs are being met. This approach appears to be working with a vastly improved employee satisfaction score across the business but particularly in Daresbury where our most recent eNPS rating was 'good.' We're now aiming for excellent. We can also see our employee turnover is improving, with scores trending down for the last 12 months. As I say, I'm sorry you feel the way you do.
